Ordering and delivery

Have you placed an order on our site? Thank you! After placing your order you will receive an email with confirmation from us. We'll get started right away! Once we have processed and shipped your order, we will send you another email. You will also find a track & trace code with which you can track your order. This way you always stay informed.

Your order will be shipped to an address specified by you. At home, at work or perhaps, if you give Bambocks as a gift, to friends or family. You can easily enter the delivery and billing address when placing your order. Shipping is free from €40, we charge €3.99 in shipping costs for orders below €40.

Delivery of your order
Orders placed on working days will be shipped within one working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Your orders from Bambocks will be delivered in the Netherlands by PostNL. As you would expect from us, we also take the environment into account with the packaging. We keep these small and never use more material than necessary. If you are not at home, it will fit through your letterbox. Handy, because it means the delivery person doesn't have to drive twice. If your order is larger than our standard letterbox packaging, it will be sent as a package.

Delivery in Belgium and Germany via DHL
In Belgium & Germany our packages are delivered by DHL. We also use our letterbox packaging here: good for the environment and easy for you. If you are not at home, DHL will leave an absence message with you. On average you will receive your order within 1-3 working days.
